I'd say Mirio and Overhaul's battle had more emotion and stakes. We all knew the moment Deku got over the limitations of ofa it was over. A shame Mirio's fight got reduced to a slide show...

There was nothing to adapt because even Hori knew it was an asspull to pretend some quirkless janitor could somehow counter overhaul for 5 minutes so he couldn’t even be bothered to try and come up with a real presentation of their brawl

It looked pretty, but I didn't give a rat's ass about the characters or the conflict. Overhaul was a boring villain, Eri is a boring character that I don't care about, and the whole bullshit with him changing the future, despite that never happening before with Nighteye's quirk was just stupid.
Deku vs. Todoroki, AM vs. Nomu, and actually most of the previous fights were more entertaining than this one.
For the actual fight there was no strategy to it other than use the Overpowered little girl's quirk to just win by being able to use 100% power constantly with no consequence. Every battle in the School Sports festival arc was more interesting to watch.

When they revealed that his motivation was to just use the quirk erasing bullets to make lots of money to revive the Yakuza I just stopped caring about him as a villain. It also would've been way more interesting if Eri was his actual daughter, and that he was willing to sacrifice his own daughter for his cause, but instead everything about him ended up being a disappointment for me.
