I’d say that technically she is, since she still has unnatural traits (her hair for example) and she is not the only one with those traits (we just don’t see the others as far as I know).

You’re not taking context into account. Within the world of the anime it is very much an unnatural trait that is not ignored. There are other traits she has as well (such as spreading cold air when distressed) that set her apart from a normal human. Finally within her show she is not entirely supernatural, since her abilities are explained as coming from a genetic mutation
