Out of all the Sabers, Lancer Alter seems to be the least cold to Mordred. Part of it is because Lancer Alter only ever appears in comedy scenes, but it's probably also because Lancer Alter's memories of her past life are the fuzziest. She doesn't really remember much of anything. In a way, she's similar to Emiya Alter.
Since Lancer Alter has no memories of what Mordred did, she's less cold towards her.

If I was ufotable, I would make a Fate route movie trilogy in 3 parts
Part 1 would be Artoria getting Caliburn and traveling with Merlin and Kay
Part 2 would be KOTR action and end with the fight against Mordred
Part 3 would cover the Fate route of FSN, including an expanded epilogue
