Kacchan won't die yet. I think he will in the real 2nd-to-last battle, but unless Hori is really rushing the ending I don't see a reason for him to cut out Deku's main rival at this time. Neither of them are at full power yet, it wouldn't make any sense.

Apart from Deku, early AM power level and Shiggy everything else works relatively well, yes, even Bakugo since he is an extremely popular character and that is something that all authors want above anything else.
