Just seen episode 15 and it was my favorite episode this year. Should I stop watching Franxx now that I seen the peak or are people exaggerating how bad it gets after this?
Franxx
Finish it.
It will make you appreciate the based and improved manga better.
Are you new to anime and Zig Forums?
Seen over 350 anime. Franxx is a top 10 for sure.
It has a trainwreck ending
>are people exaggerating how bad it gets after this?
They are. They definitely are. It does get worse though. Everything happens too fast.
Then you either have truly awful taste, only watch shit anime or you’re lying.
You haven’t even finished it and you’re saying it’s a favorite, neck yourself.
Is it the worst thing ever after 15? Probably not. But it gets pretty fucking bad.
You should always watch the AOTY of each year and Franxx definitely deserves a full watch just so you know what the fuss was all about.
But user, AOTY 2018 was unironically VEG
Drop it. There are a few cute scenes like Hiro and Zero Two rubbing horns but it's not worth the agony of how dirty they do the series
what's your IQ?
Pretend it ends at 15 but finish it out anyway. Then go read the manga which, while rushed, has a much better ending
He has better taste than you pseud.
It really does get bad, especially near the end. Your choice if you want to see the whole thing or you prefer to leave it behind while still having a positive impression of it.
veg doesn't even have an ending so it's not worth watching
It's a very good anime. People who don't like it are those triggered by female in submissive position, fuck those faggots.
Finally an anime in which characters have sex (you don't see the scenes) instead of dreaming to hold hands.
Also great designs and cool story.
374.

Remember the 1st Law of Zig Forums:
Every time Zig Forums tells you that something goes to shit after moment X, it means that's exactly the moment it actually gets good.
Episode 17 was great with how it BTFO Fatoshi self-inserters
>Should I stop watching Franxx now that I seen the peak or are people exaggerating how bad it gets after this?
The ending doesn't take away from it IMO. Could've been better but there's still great stuff to come. This show has amazing hand drawn mechanical animation. Better than all the cancerous 3dpdcg mecha. Underrated show.
I still liked it up until episode 18. Watch it if you want but just be prepared to stop enjoying it around that point in the show.
The manga apparently has a better ending so I'll have to give that a read.
Too fucking bad the author hated it. He should have continued making To-Love Ru instead of making this garbage
It's fine, last couple of episodes are a bit of a cluster fuck but ending is in general fine and bittersweet.
This user speaks truth. Only disappointment lies ahead.
In short: anime goes from "above average" (where your tastes will describe how much above it is) to a fucking dumpster-tier writing.
>lies ahead
I will off myself
These men are correct
Maybe watch episode 17
>didn't think this series was shit from the get go
You'll probably enjoy the remaning episodes, they're not as drastically different as people would lead you to believe.
Makes you think whats the point of defending this shit tier anime in the first place.
I have no sympathy for Franxxfans and even watchers for the series. They deserve to die by getting shot
>Too fucking bad the author hated it
Well being a tie-in with the anime it kind of hinged on the success of the anime to prop itself up. And the anime tanked because Nishigori couldn't help himself from pissing off and alienating all the fans with his bullshit "creative vision."
It's commendable that the author even finished the series when I bet most people abandoned it. Why would you want to keep working on something nobody gave a shit about? He even wrote in the ending everyone wanted but most people had already put them behind them and didn't care. I loved most of DitF and even I feel like the manga ending really cleared the air for me. Imagine yabuki being contractually obligated to work on this while everyone involved just walked away from it and tried to forget it ever happened.
