Caught up to this about a month ago, shame about the first translator but the current one is ok.
The structure goes like this: Your very normal isekai adventure for the first few vols and then in the volume after that(third vol for the first arc) it shows you things from a completely different perspective and how they're not what it first seemed, subverting everything you assumed completely and ends with a bang.
This seems to be the structure for every arc. Not a bad read in that sense though I'll admit I was FUMING whenPalinchron betrayed and brainwashed the MC
