Sulong Carrot would probably be a close match. Daifuku was actually trying to kill Carrot in that form and couldn't do shit, and Perospero isn't that much stronger than Oven/Daifuku. At the bare minimum she'd be faster than him, which is a legit advantage. Her biggest drawback is the severe time limit on Sulong.
Perospero is for sure fighting Carrot now, Oda wouldn't go out his way to make him specifically enter Wano otherwise. Doesn't have to do with her joining, this is a separate issue she has with him.
