What is the appeal of this magazine? There are much better overall magazines even within the shonen genre and nearly everything it publishes is Disney levels of bland, unoriginal and creatively unambitious. Is it just a feedback loop of people reading it because it's the most popular which makes it popular which means people have ot read it because it's the most popular and on and on?

name literally one
It's the only magazine publishing two soft seinen.
Hacksawfags the new Huntards

You literally have it all figured out and still decided to kill a thread. They were the first to export themselves so they have an advantage in the NA markets. Other places like Brazil, France, and Japan don't hold it in nearly so high a regard.
This image is fucking hillarious desu
>hard Seinen
>often set in the real world or not
Why even include that statement it’s actually retarded
>new
They're the same people. They just moved to Fujimoto once they accepted that Togashi is never coming back.
>Hacksaw Man
>soft seinen
Guess that's another thing Fujimoto sucked at "emulating"
>shonen genre
Get out newfag
chainsawfags are a bit mentally deficient, please excuse them
Weekly Shonen Champion
>Conan: the magazine
>good
lol
Sunday
Wrong magazine faggot.
There really isn't, WSM has Fairy Tail, Nanatsu no Taizei which is truly bottom of the barrel shonen shit.
>Ghost Sweeper Mikami
Holy Based!

Weekly Shonen Magazine
Nobody cares about Edens Zero and Fire Force is just average to mediocre
I can read every single manga in it for free + some every single Sunday and not have to put up with scanlator bullshit
>Baki
>BEASTARS
>Yowamushi Pedal
>SHY
>Rokudou no Onna-tachi
>Iruma-kun
That's a way more solid lineup than what WSJ is offering right now.
Gash and Shingeki no Kyojin were in Weekly Shonen Magazine right, not Sunday? Or was Gash on Sunday?
What about Animal Land?
I think the only magazine close in competition with Jump is Weekly Shonen
I want scanlators to grab more Morning and Afternoon manga. There are a lot of good manga from there but scanlators are fixated on isekai and korean strips.
Gash was in Shuukan Shonen Sunday and SnK is in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine.
Gash in Sunday
SnK in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine which is the extra version of WSM
This is gold.
Those are garbage, so bad the magazine are dropping and will soon be canceled outright.
Some Hunterbros moved to CSM but the majority of CSMredditors hate on Hunterchads.
It's fun.
You probably never had it.
It's the most well known manga magazine in the west and so a lot of what people are accustomed to came from it. To the point where some people think that non-WSJ series are in it just because they're also popular. It's just overmarketing creating popularity rather than any actual quality in the magazine itself. On top of that One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach were popularized through their anime adaptations too so that's even more popularizing.
We get it translated consistently, every week, and it's the most likely to be animated.
>Newfag leaves entry level for the first time and thinks he has ascended taste now
This is as old as time itself but its still tiring to see.
