I feel like this is the main reason. Seems like a bunch of Japanese "males" have lowered their tolerance towards women's bullshit, so they have to make them more tailored towards these omegas.

Lowering tolerance to women's bullshit makes you more manly not less. Most modern isekai have the entire harem ride on top of the MC's head which proves the MC's unlimited tolerance. They would literally die for any one of their harem candidates or even just women they have met once or twice. Without plot armour many would end early due to sticking their neck out for women.

Now the few violent tsundere still existing are usually branded as slaves and rightfully violated by the same pervs they abused for so many years. usually kept in check by some plot device that make them hornier the more they struggle.
