incase you haven't let me spell it out:
all of it requires 0 input from LIno's end getting the relationship on a silver platter while 100000% pure effort on Ishi's end
that's purely 10000% textbook roastie behavior, and why they are against changes which let Lino actually evolve to have the guns at closing the gap
1 such example, though overkill for some, is it's because LIno needs ALOT to close the gap, especially since this isn't a static environment like a normal manga out there but has hilarously large amounts of players gunning in with an author that hates the mundane
in a normal Shoujo Manga it's understandable
in this manga though where Ishi is madly inlove with someone, has the other Impossible Girl with eyes locked only on him combined with the self sacrificeness that rivals Yotsuba with a pity-win, LIno getting handed those wins with 0 input from her is just nigh unthinkable unless the shipping-vision is so locked in you beat out Pyro's Pyroland
there's a reason they latch on excessively to 'meta', simply because they literally have no ammo elsewhere

It's a logical deduction for a Moriarty-type like Dera. There's little that differentiates Lino and Ishigami when it comes to fighting for justice and deserving reward for having goodwill (as Osaragi said, "If it's what inside that counts, Lino won't lose to anyone) -- that and she had already decided to not be overly protective of Lino so her not wanting Lino to realize her feelings should not matter if Lino was the only concern. Now take into account that Osaragi is Lino's BFF while, ostensibly, she's kept her distance from Ishigami their whole lives.
The only logical end to this is that there's something about Ishigami that makes Osaragi prioritize his happiness over Lino's -- but it can't be a sense of justice or sheer protectiveness. From there, the deduction becomes simple.
