Whoosh whoosh whoosh, motherfucker
Dungeon Meshi
>this whole chapter
I bet the lion was the one that told the rabbits to not attack Marcille too much. All so he could get her alone.
Yoyoti
>we won't see armored Marcille ever again
Silly user, metal armors diminish magic skills
I just want them to get out ok
Holy shit, this might have been the best chapter yet.
thank you ryoko kui
SHE HATES IT
I just want them to make some food
We are talking about the chapter where Marcille used more different spells than ever before.
fuck it feels so weird to see her finally state her goal, I remember when people were just suggesting it
Marcielle wish is truly fucked up. She wants everybody to have the same lifespans? Which one would she choose? The elf so everybody can life forever?
inb4 everyone has the lifespan of some bug and dies at two days old.
>Marcille's flushed faces and teary eyes
I know it's wrong but just like her I don't care.
Our boy was right all along
Post cute cat on the tree, please.
>healing spells don't have to hurt if you are proficient at them and take it slow
>Marcille is neither
She has such good intentions, god damn.
wasn't sure which panel you meant
>the lion is seducing Marcielle so he can replace Laius because his wish is stupid
Fuck. The lion really is a bad demon.
>The elf so everybody can life forever?
I would say so, she doesn't seem to be upset about having an elfen lifespan or about elves in general living the longest, she wants humans, halflings, gnomes and dwarfs to not die as fast as elves.
But really, we don't know exactly how she thinks to achieve that. We should just wait until she can explain herself a bit more.
Its already been done by Thistle to all the kids in that village. Problem is they begin to lose all their senses of taste and probably much more. Mark wheel might be following exactly in Thistles footsteps, probably why the Lion is smirking; its recognition
YAMEROOOO
This crazy elf really doesn't have any sense or right and wrong.
That had her staff supercharged from absorbing the seal containing Winged Lion
The other way around, Marcille is tempting the lion to get away from Laius's easily mantained wish.
>crying cat face
>CLANG
What a meme chapter
>Its already been done by Thistle to all the kids in that village
Not really their methods are different. Thirstle wanted everyone to stay basically undead for ever, ghosts that can't age and die, their souls trapped inside of the dungeon for eternity. Marcille wants to expand the lifespan of the other races, but they would still die a natural death of their increased lifespan.
In principle, there is nothing wrong with what Marcilles goal. It's a noble endeavor. Unfortunately she has to deal with demon spawns.
Mages don't really wear armor in dungeon meshi, but it was never stated that it had anything to do with hindering their spellcasting. Furthermore does not every setting do it this way.
Demons feed on desires. Marcille's desire is on a much bigger scope, and she is an elf, so she has a long life, meaning the demon might be able to jailbreak the dungeon through her. Or he is just gonna tempt everyone of them if he gets the chance.
But most of the Canaries use dark arts, thats part of why theyre in their elite unit
I think Laius being a monster specialist is being harder to corrupt than the well-meaning but naive Marcille.
Come on, we all know Laius has already played all "demonic pacts" scenarios through in his head 20 years ago.
isn't laius a teenager? I'm half expecting the battle with Satan in Tenacious D to happen at this point and it would be glorious
Laius not looking so dumb now huh
Well, 20 years was hyperbole but I can't imagine Laius being this borderline insane monster otaku never thought about demonic pacts, posssession, etc. and making contingency plans for it. As long as he has prep time, he's good.
I think the theories on Laius being an autistic savant are probably right at this point
How does Kui consistently do it? How is every chapter so good?
