Misato would probably have a problem with it but more so because he's the first angel whose birth was also the same event that killed daddy and spawned her trauma and quest for revenge. Even if there were some trace of jealousy it would be insignificant compared to her other concerns.
Asuka would act all superior and like it doesn't bother her at all and perhaps she'd find ways to insult Shinji, but inside she'd be ashamed that a guy who she made a move on and considered beneath her chose someone else over her and also started a relationship before her, but she'd probably try dating someone else to prove her worth and forget her failure, but it wouldn't really work, and so on and so forth.
