Why are violence and torture against women so common in shonen manga?
Why are violence and torture against women so common in shonen manga?
Most men are misogynists.
To back-up your claim, you should have at least made a collage of different shōnen manga. Not just one.
I didn't do this, I found it in an old FT thread
Because most shonen are battle oriented
It isn't. Violence against men is.
Violence is worksafe sex.
Because main character Wendy is made for ryona
because women deserve to be beaten
Why should women be immune to damage in a battle shonen?
it isn't? might be in fairy tail but that one sucks ass
*all
Is this the ryona thread? I can’t believe I almost missed it.
Based DB fanspiction.
It's what they deserve desu
most violence is done by men against men you just don't see that as violence because men are meant for military/violent/dangerous jobs (because they are expendable) while women are meant to have safer jobs (because they create childern and are unexpendable)
im saying this as a female
OP made a stealth ryona thread. Post ryona.
Too gore for my taste
>Manga about fighting
>Women also fight and get hurt as a result
I don't see how this is a bad thing at all, should female characters exclusively remain on the sidelines and in the kitchen?
Its actually shockingly rare I honestly can think of more manga where the women get off lightly compared to men than the other way around.
OP, Naruto, Bleach, One Punch Man, Ass Class are just some of the few that even have female fighters in the first place and they never get as messed up as the male characters do One punch man being the most egregious cause there's one time where a bunch of side heroes get blown up the two men look comically blown up and completely different from before but the woman looks the exact same except she's a little dirty.
I hope Eden Zero has lots of !Wendy ryona.
Mashima delivered a lot of fanservice but not much ryona, I don't know if it'll happen.

Alice getting btfo is quite possibly one of the hottest things ever
>be Mashima
>finish rave, an extremely dark story with a defined plot
>write ft as a light hearted adventure with a group of friends and no real plot
>story gets dragged out to 545 chapters and a sequel, plot is invented weekly
>shipperfags on twitter post death threats and force him to shoehorn in romance that he'd never intended on adding
Why did this happen?
Cause violence and torture are common in action/battle manga.
Why are violence and torture against men so common in shonen manga?
arachnid author is also a self-professed ryonafag
Yes.
Yup, some user in a Killing Bites thread linked a twitter post where he himself confirmed it.
Based Dino
Dino is basically Alice, but better written.
She really did nothing wrong
