Zenkai boost does some bullshit. Super autists have also delved into the numbers and evidence between the manga and anime and supposedly zenkai boost also increases as power level increases. So someone like Raditz with a power level of about 1000 would receive a lower percentile boost that vegeta would have at 12000. So goku could get pumped from like 180k to a few million. Then super saiyan is like a straight up x50 multiplier over base power level.
Also power levels are bullshit.
