Was it a good twist?
Was it a good twist?
You mean taking into count how everyone guessed it chapter 1? s'alright
I swear after that chapter all Naruto chapter discussions became nothing but shitposting and everyone just gave up
I guessed it as soon as Tobi was revealed to have a Sharingan. It was the most obvious shit in the world. "Madara" was a dumb fakeout and makes no sense in hindsight because if Tobi was Obito the whole time, why isn't he blind from using Kamui all the time?
Hashirama's cum
>narushit
>anything good
Tobi is just an anagram of Obito missing an O
twist?
It was, cause nobody expected for Tobi to actually be Obito. People who claim they did are lying. Nobody expected Kishimoto to actually do it.
It was predictable
>Go Go Go Go Go Go
Why was the crowd cheering for him? wasn't he a bad guy.
Is this?
Yes. It was such an epic arc up to and including his reveal which no other shonen will ever be able to do better.
is this bait?
Considering Japanese is syllable-based, its just take out f the initial O and then say it backwards.
It's Dr. Acula/Alucard levels of dumb.
Wow even fucking worse then what I posted. Thanks!
I did especially when he brought back Kakashi.
People did expect him to be Obito, at east a very small part of the readers did. It then grew into trolling / memeing but the closer we got to chapter 600 the kore obvious it became that he was obito due to all the hints that Kishi dropped.
I don't know how you couldn't expect it. Kishimoto is a known coward who shies away from actual permanent character death as much as he can.
>Choji and Neji
>Gaara
>Hinata
>everybody in the Leaf vs Pain
Of course he wasn't going to actually kill an Uchiha for good like that
I always thought it was Tobi because the names are just one letter off. Sharingan was a dead giveaway though.
>Kishimoto is a known coward who shies away from actual permanent character death
>Of course he wasn't going to actually kill an Uchiha for good like that
user I....
Kill yourself, narutard!
Why wasn't Kakashi blind?
He was very close to being blind in his Kamui eye.
It was stupidly obvious, then Tobi started acting like a silly clown to make people think that it would be too stupid for him to be Obito, and well, stupid is what we got.
Obito is garbage
Some of the theories of who tobi was were funny in hindsight
>izuna
>sasuke from the future
>madara's clone
I guess.
How was this a twist? I knew it back when Tobi first spoke to Sasuke
Why is Madara so cute?
This. Imagine the pathos of Kakashi as he struggles to accept that he is directly responsible for Obito's fall. The echoes of past tragedies reverberating forever into the future.
It was the most predictable outcome once we found out Madara wasn't Tobi.
Looking back it, it was obvious but clearly the best twist to do dramatically. The Kakashi vs Obito match as DIMES.
He was, just not entirely yet.
He was the best choice, narratively speaking. Anyone besides him wouldn’t have any impact to the rest of the characters.
