''Manga creator AZU announced on their Twitter account on Thursday that their Magical Sempai (Tejina Senpai) manga will end with its eighth compiled book volume. AZU assured readers that the manga is not ending because it was canceled. AZU added that the ending will not be an emotional finale, but will continue to be comedic as before. AZU also announced that the manga's seventh volume will ship on July 6.''
Magical Sempai to conclude in its 8th volume
>AZU assured readers that the manga is not ending because it was canceled
why do authors do this
Because people will make assumptions like that anyway and make a lot of noise for nothing
I can't believe Tejina-Sempai is fucking dead.
>For my final trick, I'll make my manga DISAPPEAR
I wonder how will it end
What about the isekai spinoff?
Did she have to not fail at this one?
Translations never
With a gag probably
What about the isekai spin-off? Is that still running?
People might think it got axed depending on how the plot prior to the end was going along.
>AZU added that the ending will not be an emotional finale, but will continue to be comedic as before.
I assume nothing happens during the chapter. Just senpai messing up again.
It was fun while it lasted. So no S2?
I already requested SSSSS to do the last chapter.
Haven't read this but it's likely shit if it's canned.
Who knows. Strange that it's ending without the manga ever revealing everyone's full names, but I guess that's part of the gag.
> Tejina senpai is dead
Damn, I was planning to pick up the manga. Anime was really good
What about the isekai spinoff?
What about it?
Is it still alive?
It got isekai'd
Helps make sure that people don't misunderstand and create controversy over nothing.
RIP
She makes the Earth disappear and kills everyone.
This was on long hiatus twice I think, can't believe it lasted this long.
Good riddance.
Well, that's okay. I didn't really like it, but won't mind reading the rest of manga if it's translated.
she is alive in our fantasy
is there any funny author that tried to do the opposite? saying their manga was axed when its not?
Likely not - I can't imagine many publishers would be hapy with such a stunt, and it's best to not piss of potential employers.
>AZU assured readers that the manga is not ending because it was canceled.
Ah.... so it's cancelled. Too bad. I kinda liked it.
I cant even imagine what would happen if the mad croc gotouge did it
Not sure if it's exactly what you're thinking of but I've heard of mangaka explicitly confirming that their series got axed and even explaining what other stuff they had in mind that they wanted to do.
What would that even accomplish, besides making the entire industry unwilling to publish any potential future works from them?
