She's girl of the year, right?
Aside from hina tsurugi (backwater), I don't see any other contenders.
Hanakana wins best girl again
She's girl of the year, right?
agree, Shinako is too good
sad she lost though
Worst girl. Ruined the whole show.
All of the characters from yesterday suck. If you're looking for best girl contenders go to Bofuri
>mary sue leads a bunch of non-characters
I respect her trying to stay loyal to his dead high school boyfriend. Thats is very sweet, but also quite sad.
However, her character is boring as fuck. She has absolute zero chemistry with the MC. When they hang out together is like going to the DMV, as if nobody wants to be there.
>im kinda okay looking and i can cook teehee all the boys love me but i can't stop obsessing over dead dude's anemic dick that i never even got
The only thing more boring than her was this show
She's shit like all hanakana characters.
How the fuck do you get stuck with a dead person for over 10 years while hurting everyone around you and using them not to feel alone?
Fucking trash, but perfectly written average female.
get off Zig Forums ryou. She's just projecting your dead brother into you
>Teibou
>backwater
>Shitnako
>best girl
I don't understand how a human bean could be this wrong
Nah. It's this lovable idiot.
no sluts please
>Zig Forums keeps whining about why no young adult, non-highschool anime
>young adult, non-highschool anime shows up
>actually good
>MC is pretty fucking /ourgirl/
>Zig Forums don't watch it
Every single time
>Zig Forums know what they want
lurk moar
Literally worst girl in the manga. Such a doormat who can't convey her feelings/understands her feelings lol. It's the reason for most of the drama.
>the anime even ends with her making a "profound speech" followed by doing the exact opposite a second later
I watched this entire piece of trash, I didn't care for the melodrama, I didn't care about the completely unlikeable characters, I just wanted to know why that girl had a raven as a pet and they never explained it
>can't move on from dead boyfriend
>enables whiny cunt child
>leads ritsuo on
i'm not saying haru deserves best girl, but she's better than this idiot
MC confessing to Haru felt like it came out of left field for me cause I didn't take his conversation with Shinako to be "we're breaking up" on the first watch but maybe I'm just an autist
well haru couldn't get over her one crush she had because mc picked something up for her in the middle of the street for 5 YEARS. On top of that she couldn't take the hint that MC doesn't want to see her.
shinako spent time with her dead crush so she has some basis to place her feelings on/
>enables whiny cunt child
You can somehow win over a girl by being a whiny bitch. I'm gonna guess the anime butchered this part and it just looks this stupid.
Shinako says something along the lines of "we can still be friends, right?" So you probably didn't watch the scene on the first watch.
Didn't she literally say that it was injured and she took care of it and it took a liking to her?
I saw that line but I took it more as a "if something happens to this relationship we're still friends" type of thing
nah, he even said that during them "dating" he could never say proudly "I'm in love with you" and neither did she, there was just nothing there.
>picked something up for her in the middle of the street
i'm fine with love at first sight as a concept. it's a little strange and i don't see it happening in real life, but just to start the story i don't see a problem.
i just hate rou because it seemed like he felt entitled to be with shinako just because she cooked for him and loved his brother
uh cool, explained then
Happy that Haru won, but I would have been okay with a Shinako end if it meant that she actually had some character development and they formed a healthy relationship.
The implication that Shinako and Rou end up together just doesn't sit well with me. His toxic possessiveness paid off. And it actually seemed like he was ready to move on in the end by moving away until Shinako shows up again.
well, all those relationships were toxic, the only "healthy" ending would be if everyone ended up with someone outside of that group
that actually works with Shinako's character that couldn't move on or let anyone around her to do so and when she says she ruined their relationship it can as well mean she ruined her perfect state in which everyone is stagnant together with her.
yeah but we've now sat through the entire show with zero payoff cause her character has near zero development. it's perfectly reasonable for someone to go back to old habits but as a viewer watching a story its very frustrating to experience
>Draw a boy
>Call it a girl
Why?
What was toxic about Rikuo/Haru? Maybe they're doomed to fail eventually from having a flimsy foundation, but I don't really think it was toxic.
And yeah it fits her character because she had no development. Rikuo stopped clinging to the past, but Shinako chose to run right back to where she was at the start.
