Why would we help a woman get into management?
Well this place is more of a "Link shill board" and not really an /advice board or a board that understands how business works.
But I'll take a shot. Your best bet is usually some kind of networking. Just start convos with a few linked in recruiters and get your cute ass to some alumni meetings or other functions. Bottom line is networking
