Scratch everything after Soul Society, somehow. I don't know, even having Aizen reveal he's a traitor at the end of Soul Society and then having the Gotei 13 team up against him in a huge 13 (the Gotei plus Ichigo) fighting against 1 would have been better than the shit we got.

Ichigo defeats Aizen in his mugetsu form but can't revert back and has to stay in the spirit world forever. He decides to live in Soul Society, his power is literally too immense for him to ever go back to the mortal world. Series ends with him sitting alone in some cave somewhere, in his mugetsu form. His thoughts are about his friends and his family, and his says "it was all worth it"

I know i'm missing some things.

No last arc, it ends after defeating aizen that would even make ichihime justifiable since ichigo can't see rukia anymore, ichihime and renruki are canon just so orihime and renji don't end up alone.

after beating Aizen make it a monthly Manga and allow kubo to figure out a solid middle and conclusion. change some of the powers of the quincy so they arent unnecessarily OP and give Shunsui a good fight to show off his bankai. and make the 0 dvision actually useful and strong.

Give Tatsuki power instead of Orihime.
Orihime would be a lot more tolerable as a side character like Hinata. Tatsuki's personality and relationship with Ichigo was a lot more interesting.
