I'm saying that that is pretty much an illusion, or that ougi can change its body. It's an apparation born from araragi so it doesn't have a canon body with tits. Either the baseline is a male body (supported by being born from araragi) and the female version is just a sham to trick, or there is no true body. Either way ougi should be last as a male/nongendered entity.

But saying that she was a guy all along when she was still clearly a girl even in the mirror world in Zoku is totally baseless.

I gave two explanations, not specifically advocating for the male one. It's still an apparition, so imo neither male nor female. I don't think you can argue that the female body is its true form. It changes its body, thus invalidating the tits. When asking how big ougi's tits are, we first have to decide on which form. Just because one of its forms had tits at one point, doesn't mean that ougi has tits. We may as well compare the male body. Like you wouldn't say the thing from the movie The Thing has a dick just because it took control and assumed the form of a guy at one point. It's a nongendered entity, the tits don't count.
