Have to agree with Ippo on this, Sendo cooling off could be the last thing he needs. He's only standing on adrenaline.
>let him get killed goddamnit
hype
Oh shit
Ippo with the roman spirit. He wants to see a friend die today.
End of Chapter
Machismo time.
Based desu
Wonder if Alfredo had noticed Ippo before this, hopefuly this recalibrates him to fight smarter and dominate Sendo.
Nope, gotta go even MORE retarded. That's bound to be the answer.
He wants to see a friend die while taking his opponent with him. Double the fun, and then the way to Ricardo will be cleared. Ruthless Ippo is scary.
Damn, Takamura did tell him to become a monster but this is taking it too far.
I'm just reading waiting for Miyata to kill himself.
>just hit him harder, yamato damashii
Thought you were just joking.
This time it's a case of "JUST GOTTA HIT HIM HARDER! MEXICAN MACHISMO!"
He would've definitely lost the fight if he had cooled down and lost its rythm.
I think he's going to try that special move Date tried on Ricardo the heart break twist thing. As far as we've been told on the series that's the closest anyone has ever come to beating Ricardo and since it's been stablished before that Alfredo can copy styles it would make sense for him to get it on his arsenal if he's preparing himself to beat Ricardo.
This would give him a secret weapon but he'll reveal it here since he's frustrated with Sendo. Rest in peace Sendo.
Despite Sendo going Super Saiyan, and getting a quick bro moment with Ippo, he might still lose. It's probably all up to Alf's secret, powerful punch now. If Sendo withstands or dodges that, then Alf is likely out of luck. I think Morikawa is writing this very well, keeping us in suspense and making it impossible to predict the winner.
In fairness I think he's just gonna pull out something technical like a switch or a counter.
Great page.
Yeah, it all depends on Alf's however punch.
Yeah I don't see why some think this was a bad move on Ippo's part. Cooling down would have likely taken away the momentum he was building. Still might be too late to salvage that though since the ref abruptly stopping the match must've hit him like a brick wall. Probably why he had to hype himself back up in those last pages to try to bring himself back up to speed.
Doesn't mean harder. It could just be perfect timing. Ippo relies on power but look at what perfect timing can do for you in terms of counters. They can be more devastating than a haymaker you see coming.
Its gonna be a longer punch isn't it
Is this the legendary super tiger?
