Have you guys checked it out yet?
Time Paradox Ghostwriter
it's mediocre
Terrible MC, disappointing follow through on interesting plot hook, latest chapter reeked of the AXE.
No, everyone says its bad
I don't mind the MC accidentally plagiarizing the manga and then keep doing it anyway, but his constant self-pity is annoying.
It's very disappointing. There was potential, but it goes for very easy resolutions to problems and has trouble giving even the slightest details about the manga we're all supposed to care about enough to motivate him.
Story has no legs, so what if he is copying a future manga or not, at the end of the day he is publishing a manga and the only real conflict is his guilt. I honestly believe it is a stealth mini-series.
It does a very good job every chapter of convincing you that you don't need to read the next one.
I see... I'll just wait until it gets axed and spreedread it. Thanks for replying.
Itsuki is CUTE
I always wait until chapter 8 or 10 to drop something that initially interests me but this one is tempting me to drop it with every chapter
>8 month time skip in chapter 6
truly the Chagecha of the modern generation
Axe when?
should have been the MC
People mostly say this because she's cute, but the story we're told for her is genuinely much more interesting than his. The only problem with the story being from her point of view is not knowing how the microwave bit worked, but otherwise she's got a better motivation, and a much more active plot once it starts.
Itsuki being either the MC or a proper antagonist would have been nice, but they author was too much of a retard to do anything vaguely interesting with her
>MC only needs 6 chapters to have an anime
Wtf Bakubros how can we ever recover?
The time paradox seems relatively unimportant to the plot, which is retarded.
If the story was about the girl being pissed off at him AND it turned out he needed to continue writing the story purely because it would destroy the world if the time paradox wasn't fixed by him creating it, then the story would probably be more interesting.
That huge time skip in the latest chapter is a huge death flag for the manga. I still believed it could recover after initial negative impression, but chapter 6 shows that the author has no fucking idea what he is doing and where he is going.
When will it get its first ToC ranking?
Monday after next.
it's incredible that every single thread about this manga has random anons coming up with better ideas than what we actually got
The problem is that the elements for conflict are all right there, but the author decided to skip around them because??? Like he had a cool premise and ironically like the MC had no idea what to do with the premise.
Maybe he got his first issue of TPGW from a future Jump on his microwave but it only delivered the first chapter and now he can't continue IRL?
It’s good but retardS need to hate on every series to fit in.
>Plagiarism from the future
Not recommended
Seems more like the MC is his weirdo self insert in a couple of ways. He seems like just as much of a hack as the MC and no one with half a micrometer of self respect would try and frame
>Who cares if I write shlock with no artistic merit as long as it's hitting the lowest common denominator it's great!
as a great or admirable view.
Not to mention the weird framing of the editor as an asshole for being fed up with working with a total failure that after 4 years still hasn't produced anything worthwile, has repeatedly asked for special treatment (which he got) and still had the gall to act like a huge weirdo and tried to force his draft onto him.
Nope. My gut told me it'd be axed the moment I saw the cover and it's a very reliable gut.
That’s timeskip, not even bothering with the manga itself kek.
I can feel the mc’s emotions, good stuff.
I don't think the editor was supposed to be an asshole, at least up until he got the right manga. His criticism was on point (for all we know anyway, we just assume the author's telling the truth about himself) but he had to be removed because he would be too critical to the main character and any obstacles to the plot are quickly removed.
