Kamui is powerful, yes. But in normal conditions the person spamming Kamui would end up blind and die.

If Obito is OP AF it is because the mix of Hashirama Cells and Kamui. Hashirama cells basically allow him to spam Kamui time and time and time again without loosing his sight.

Theoretically, Sage Mode's Frog Kata could counter the Sharingan's foresight. A pity we never got to see Naruto use it against Sasuke outside of filler
