MAL has more everything. Reviews, userbase, recommendations, soundtrack entries, related anime, etc. It's only downfall is not having a native option to show English titles, and it's dated UI, which are far from enough for me to switch.

I only use MAL because I always am looking for new anime to watch and I can't say what I am going to watch because I have seen both over 1000 manga and 1000 anime, It is not that I can't remember but it is just convenient having one.
