So in the end, which of them was the better king?
So in the end, which of them was the better king?
They're all dead so none of them
Me
They're all terrible.
Gilgamesh
>Canonically described as being a tyrant for most of his story,
>pissed off to look for immortality after his bf died
>Ruled a small city
Alexander
>Allowed his empire to collapse WITHIN A SINGLE GENERATION
Seibah
>autism and carelessness lead to a revolt
>Stabbed to death by her own son
They have nothing on legendary leaders like Romulus. He would've been a good Servant actually. It's a shame he's just some JoJo stand looking dude from a gacha game.
Saber. Her only problem was not being confident enough in her ideals. The other two were psychopaths unconcerned with the death of their people, so they had an easier time shittalking and thinking they were hot shit
Gilgamesh is eternal, do you really think a random japanese boy would defeat the most glorified king in human history? fsn is utter traah.
MEDS MEDS MEDS
Canonically Gil was the greatest king of all time. After him Saber should be the worst given she was an incompetent leading a gang of thugs whose kingdom was destroyed after 10 years, but Nasu throws out innumerable excuses for why she's actually supposed to be a great king.
>Gilgamesh
>Knows humanity is doomed and all of his people will die to Tiamat
>Still goes on to save all of humanity in the multiverse
cope.
>Gilgamesh
>MED
Alexander died from poison, which was incurable back then, I'm sure he would have reached the coast.
Gilgamesh wanted immortality, loved humans and humans loved him, there is no war records about him since there was nothing to concquer back then.
Arthur.. only the sword matters, his leadership skills are laughable, and probably was a pawn of Merlin, who controlled Britain behind the shadows.
Given that only Alexander was "real" and his deeds are uncomparable, his certainly the best.
>All this cringe
Gil > Iskander > Saber
I honestly have no idea why anyone would consider a stubborn and morally righteous twat like Saber to be a better leader than GilgaCHAD and BROskander.
Wait - I take that back. I can see how: By being an idiot themselves.
Based chad.
Ironically to how he portrays himself, Gil actually had the smallest ego of the three. He's the only one who actually learns and grows throughout his rule, instead of chasing a hollow dream or defending braindead ideals for his entire life without any introspection or consideration.
Each had different situations. Iskander was real and so he had actual human problems, King Arthur was a cautionary tale, and the Epic of Gilgamesh was written by goat fucking sand niggers.
Overall, Artoria for sure though.
Ishkander and Waver are the only good characters in that shitshow
GENGHIS KHAN YOU FUCKING WEEABOO HISTORYLET
Canonically Gil.
Based on the anime, we don't have much information to judge. Based on literature and history, King Arthur.
If the dorks writing this had any sense Julius Caesar would body all three easy
Nero
>Implying a whore of Babylon is above the king of Babylon
Hello? Yes? Based department?
one of the worst ruler both in lore and in real history
I thought Semiramis was the whore of Babylon.
this
>Humble origins
>United all the mongols as one
>Turned those ragtag nomadic tribes into the greatest fighting force in the world
>Wasn't given the best army in the world by his daddy like Alexander, still conquered more than him
>As well as that, his empire didn't fall apart five minutes after his death and a majority of his successors were amazing in their own right
>Personally led all of his conquests
>Solidified all rule under him and even his chosen heir
>Used a completely meritocratic basis for his armies, to the point where even former slaves could become the highest of commanders
>Conquered the most land in the world until Queen Victoria was a thing
>Fucked so many women that around a 20th of Asia's population has his DNA (not even counting women)
>Killed so many people the Earth cooled
>Died as he lived, a chad fighting to conquer, rather than dying of some illness like Alexander
>Name literally means "Ruler of the Universe"
Has Genghis Khan been summoned as a servant in any iteration of the Fate franchise?
Nope. He's too chad to be summoned.
Don't forget that he had his own Agrippa in the form of Subutai.
He'd have to be stronger than Gil right? The man was easily the most feared human on Earth
>tfw the only reason the Japanese didn't get buttucked by the mongols was because two typhoons had to save their asses twice
>Allowed his empire to collapse WITHIN A SINGLE GENERATION
What a hitler
