Those are not decentralised. And even if they were, they do not have instant interchain swaps. They do not have to promise of TOR ingegration(which means totally obscured swaps/payments)
This is a more ambitions yet more concise project that already has a working product in BETA, with a proven team behind it. Raiden network testing will commence soon
