(the answer is no i already looked it up. its not even discussed even though its the most important aspect. they are currently relying on people to fucking relay transactions to the eth blockchain out of the goodness of their hearts. you too can volunteer to be charged for third world transactions! the actual transactors can give them a tip though. This private key is used to sign a piece of data that authorizes the smart contract to perform a transfer on their behalf. The difference is that instead of submitting the signed data directly to the Ethereum blockchain, they pass the signed data to a relayer, who then submits it to the blockchain on their behalf, paying the gas necessary for the transaction. Relayed transactions are still fundamentally peer to peer, this simply provides RSV holders another option for getting their transactions to the blockchain. To cover the cost of the gas payment made on their behalf, users are able to ‘tip’ the relayer in RSV.
