Jodie from Detective Conan is an American and was an English teacher, one time she "corrected" the inspectors to say "porice man" when what they had said actually sounded better. She also used to always say "oh yes!" and it was pretty hot, in general her engrish was sexy.

If you listened closely to Jack Ill from the last episode of DMC, you can hear a old guy talk in perfect English with Texan accent. It was a sweet bonus on top of being a good anime.
