Which one is the better series?
Which one is the better series?
ENTER CHADREN
This one *unzips*
I like them equally, but I think AOT is better because it was actually very good at one point, I still think CG is good but not as good as PATHS
CG is more entertaining and fun though
They're both going to have the same ending
You're jinxing it. Eren's NOT planning a Zero Requiem!
ENTER CHADREN
CG is a 2 seasons-long fapbait with plot for about 12 episodes. No idea what the other show is.
Code Gayass is shit so obviously AOT
Code Geass. Aots ending won't come close to the greatness of Zero Requiem. Also CG girls are way hotter
Hunter x Hunter.
Lelouch > Eren.
Lelouch created his own solutions and had the intelligence and drive to carry out his plans, no matter who was killed. Even then Lelouch still felt guilty and heartbroken that the people he wanted to save ended up dying because of him. Lelouch's biggest flaws are his arrogance, superiority complex, and general disdain for people unless they proved useful to him (especially true with BKs), something that his enemies capitalized on.
Eren, conversely, is too much of a hothead; he has a good heart, and he loves his friends and family, but he is too obsessed with payback. Eren has no filter and acts almost entirely on impulse. Even after Eren knows the truth of the world and why his people were targeted to begin with, Eren still prioritized himself over everyone else. Eren is someone who has been hurt and betrayed and saw so much horror in warzones countless times, that he eventually said "Fuck everyone else. I'll fight for me, and to hell with the world."
With that said, SnK is a lot better imo as it has a much more grounded and character-driven story. You can see the main characters and side characters growing as people as the story goes on. Connie, Sasha, Annie, Jean, and Bertholdt, despite not being as relevant to the story as the main five (Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi, and Reiner), were able to change as people because of what they experienced on Paradis and the people they met. SnK knows its premise and it sticks to that to the very end. Each story arc builds upon the last, and it serves to answer the six questions (Who, Why, What, When, Where, and How) regarding the titans.
Code Geass, conversely, focuses on just the core four (Lelouch, CC, Suzaku, and Kallen), and the other characters appear and disappear throughout the story. Many CG characters are largely one-dimensional and serves as either plot devices or as obstacles for the core 4 to overcome.
lelouch: soulless
Eren: SOUL
Attack on Titan though I do like Code Geass
You have people like half of the BKs, Milly, and Rivalz who were only there to advance other characters' story arcs. CG shifts its premise, setting, and environment constantly, as it goes from slice-of-life, to war simulator, to a side story arc involving Lelouch/Suzaku fighting a common enemy detached from the rest of the story (Mao), to high school romance, to genocide, back to slice-of-life, an international crisis (China mini-arc), Lelouch revenge arc after Shirley gets killed, to the Tokyo attack and resulting fallout as Lelouch loses all of his allies and must start from scratch, to the Kamina Island mini-arc where Lelouch and Suzaku overcome their differences and forgie each other, and finally Zero Requiem as Lelouch/Suzaku take on all of the other factions (both former ally and enemy) simultaneously. Code Geass also tries to be like Gundam or one of those robo mecha battle series. Unfortunately Code Geass is too ambitious and sometimes absurd for the scenario it chooses (two high school students are prodigies and former childhood friends who desire the same thing, and have to fight each other, and then the whole world, to repair their friendship)
lelouch: soulless
Cuckren: SOUL
I think you forgot to put on your trip
That's a whole lot of words to say that you liked staring at kallen's ass while she was piloting a giant robot.
CG only ever attempts to (and fails) do a single theme which takes up about three episodes time - the burden of leadership.
The other show I can't comment on since I haven't bothered watching it.
Code Geass is unironically the worst attempt at making a real anime ever made.
>a real anime
What did he mean by this?
Excluding like 10 minute long shit, parody spinoffs, etc. Full length episodes on TV.
The opposite.
I actually finished the one on the left, I dropped the other one like halfway through the 3rd season
Both went full retarded at the end, but at least code geass was entertaining SnK is jus so fucking boring.
Ah, so you're a filthy casual
Code Geass >>>>>> SnK
This
Based
Neither, watch better anime
Leloouch got retarded. CHADREN redemeed his character and BTFO all the other characters
