Same way I’d save every studio.
Stop making one-cour manga commercial garbage and use that money on originals or complete adaptations.

Shaft is literal dead. The next two anime are directed by post-Shinbo (ironically also pre-Shinbo) Shouji Saeki.

What killed Shaft? Was it Fate/EXTRA?

Monogatari. They got so used and complacent with having this massive cashcow they can milk every year, it killed the studio as a creative entity.

How ironic

Name ONE good show shaft did that is not Denpa Onna.

Magia Record

Joshiroku

Say hi to neo-Shaft

that's a big hand

Give them good material to adapt instead of garbage.
This.
It was good though considering how everything Fate has been trash since Zero.

>Not as good as trigger
I've seen someone spreading rumors of Oishi leaving to direct an anime with Trigger. Seems too weird to even be bait.

put them in charge of the upcoming TWEWY anime

It's so fucking generic, I can imagine somebody saying than some other random studio made this and trusting it without checking.

Mekaku City Actors

>originals
>complete adaptations
Studios avoid these because they have the potential to become massive bombs, if they aren't super well made, popular, and selling hundreds of thousands they'd rather just take easy money like adapting a cour of a running manga

Who is working on the new Monogatari seasons if all the good staff are leaving as you guys are saying?

6 more seasons of SZS to compensate for lost time

Can't believe it's almost 10 years since Madoka
My favorite and first shaft work

I'm in despair! The fact that there will never be another season of SZS has left me in despair!

>what happened
Shit conditions so much of the talent left the studio.

>new monogatari seasons
wat
Based

I always thought they were constantly adapting new seasons for Monogatari since it was their cashcow

It ended.

Yeah but there are new novels like Musubimonogatari and Orokamonogatari etc.

which is odd since you'd assume conditions were way worse in the 2000s when they seemingly never complained

for you

The girls in both anime are thicc. I support this.

Thank goodness it’s dead

Where's Oishi when you need him?
