So we all know the Chimera Ant Queen came from the Dark Continent. But how did the Ant Queen grow up to 2 meters (66.7) What kind of mutation did she underwent to be that tall? Why did the Ant Queen left the Dark Continent and how did she survive crossing the occean all the way to the N.G.L? What happend to one of her arm? Why did her anatomy resembled that of a woman? The Queen herself thinks she might be part human, and since there are no opposing views and she probably knows herself best, I'd say she is probably right.
Now about how she acquired her human dna, I'd argue that the most likely reason is that some crew went to the DC and got eaten by Chimera Ants. After their mission went wrong, as is natural in the DC, the Queen hijacked a ride in their returning boat. She attacked the crew and either they managed to throw her from the boat, or she ate them all and then found herself alone in a boat she couldn't control, and a storm sunk it.

My headcanon for the origin of the queen is that she got a ride from one of the failed voyages coming back from the Dark Continent. She could've ending up eating the humans that was on the returning ship after sometime. Then the ship gets into a storm, got wrecked, and she is drifted all the way to N.G.L.
My theory is contradicted by the fact she doesn't recognize humans as a food she's familiar with in this page in ch.187. But you could say she didn't have the braincells recognize it back then when she originally ate the humans on the ship when her brain was still primitive. Or maybe she got knocked out during the storm and lost the memory of eating one.
