I like animation as a artist medium. Direction in shot selection, sound, color. Its also nice to have a concise story in 12-24 episodes or film without needing to wait four years on a boat.
That being said I also enjoy manga and LN. People can enjoy many things.
we do need a manga board though as Zig Forums is just seasonal anime and old breads die fast.

Voice acting can ruin an entire show

colors, sfx, animation. not implying that alll anime adaption are good. but personally i feel more invested watching the anime, on the other hand manga its a fast and best way to consume plot, anime just has the added benefits of animation, vc, sfx and colors

Plently of them so much that I stopped watching anime altogether.
