Most of Sunrise shows don't have more than two seasons unless is a manga adaptation and even with things like UC Gundam they change protagonists constantly.

There was a fanfic I read recently that filled the plothole the 3rd movie left, where Toga gets foresight from a god where he learns he'll have 2 sons in the future, so he forged the 2 swords from his fangs to leave each son. Something with that premise or like it would be kino.
