With all these projects being built upon the ETH network, ETH has largely remained at a stable price. When will the see this thing moon to catch up with the increase of usage? At this point it feels like a better asset to hold compared to bitcoin as bitcoin offers a decreasing utility value as time goes on especially as better protocols come along. Thoughts?

It's been a couple of years since the big bubble, no one knows when it will happen, but the market is definitely awake this year.
My theory is that Bitcoin and ETH won't go up in price, but rather we are about to see one of the biggest recessions in USA since people aren't paying their rent and the eviction extension has been extended 3 more months. The US is printing money like crazy, it will make the US dollar go down in value so much that holding any coin will easily do multiple folds.
That will initiate the second biggest bubble, Bitcoin and ETH are about to go ballistic end of year or mid next year.
