well, I believe he got 2 of his previous manga cancelled but just checked and he finally has an ongoing manga again (sword). Lets hope that one does well.
I really liked Monster X Monster designs though.

I only read the first chapter of Whimsical Cursed Sword a while ago, but didn't want to get to invested like the other series. I also know the french are translated the reminder of the Shinobi one.

Monster x Monster and The Whimsical Cursed Sword are the two manga that I enjoyed from his work. I don't know if the latter is still get updated since I haven't checked it in a long time. There are a lot of moments when I laugh when reading it since the comedy is quite good, at least for me.

I don't think Shinobi Gataki was ever cancelled, it was published in a really obscure web magazine that was created by his friends.

To be clear it was created by big fans of amateur web magazine hosting board "NEETsha", and most authors came from there as well, for example, Yabako Sandrovich and ONE.
Ishida Sui started Tokyo Ghoul in Young Jump so he didn't publish anything there even though he was one of founding members.
