Does anyone even care about BTC anymore?

Nope just iExec

Dont mess with the king.

yes, there's actually a support group for retards called "maxi twitter"

No because its not a shitcoin

Hasn't really moved in a while and I think most people on here already own some BTC. It will slowly and gradually build its way up over the years I believe.

What happened with the halvening? Miner sell pressure has been halved why is the price not moving?

So it's as garbage as boomer stocks except it carries infinite risk? Oh no no no hahahahahahahahahahaha

Biz is mostly comprised of gambling addicts with 4000$ “portfolios.” They obviously aren’t interested in a safe investment with more modest growth potential.

Bitcoin is still the biggest deal, Zig Forums is just an echo chamber of dumb money

Heres one right here
You can tell by the use of the phrase “infinite risk” he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. He is an infinite risk to himself

Go ahead and do any risk management on Bitcoin. Oh wait, you have no idea what the fuck that is. Amazing brainlet level finance, just put it all on red at the casino and be done with you absolute retard.

>infinite risk?
its just like oil where they pay you to take the btc away from me lol

If trips I go all in on XSN

nobody cares about BTC
if you need to take normie payment you use BCH

At least they perform better than your king shitcoin now turned stablecoin. The idiocy and lack of self awareness when you criticize people for gambling and then shill bitcoin is hilarious. Either learn to buy stocks or put it all on red.

No, it's exactly like gambling where your decision to buy was based only on the fact that it might go up... or down.

Haha, he doubles down. Also, we’ll see about your shitcoins. I’ve heard it for the past 7 years, usually doesn’t turn out so well for them in the end.

no. Not even Satoshi likes it anymore. BSV is the only thing that's actually being used for anything.

Bitcoin 2.0. Its called Stellar

The red pill is that traditional cryptocurrencies are dead. There is nobody left to buy into a bubble, and the evolution of blockchain technology has left them behind.
It's unreal how big BTC is vs how much of a piece of junk it is.
>muh store of value
Yeah, maybe in 2011. But why would you want to use that slow, centralized piece of shit saturated with old money whales that bart all day when you can use a currency that is sound money AND actually backed by some form of utility? The crypto old guard really missed the mark in this regard. They thought blockchain miner payment-backed crypto had potential as a store of value, and so the market would seek it as sound money. And they were correct in the short term, but they couldn't have predicted that soon there would be sounder money that's also backed by useful, immutable services, because they were used to a separation of "currency" vs "goods and services" within real life, where that is enforced by physical limitations. In the end, blockchains are just a record-keeping tool in the greater context of protocol-based tokens that draw their value from greater data-manipulation organizational efficiency and their mining tokens should only be worth as much as their it takes for the real data industry to keep them running. And data is currency. In the future, EVERYTHING is data.

It's a fucking shitcoin which has completely failed in its vision. It deserves to die. I'm sick and tired of having every fucking coin coupled to this piece of utter shite

Aside from being the very first crypto, does Bitcoin offer anything that other coins don't?
I see no real value in BTC long term. It has no real use case, it's slow as shit - transactions take hours to get approved, it consumes insane amounts of energy, transactions are expensive. The only value it currently has is from being the first and many people holding on to it.
I hold some BTC but I don't feel very confident that BTC will maintain its dominance and won't be replaced with something more efficient in the long term.

>I don't feel very confident that BTC will maintain its dominance and won't be replaced with something more efficient in the long term.
its already happened you need to pay attention kek

Sure when its time to buy drug on TOR, i care alot about bitcoin.
To make gains and invest? No.

Oh wow you learned a new expression on Zig Forums and felt the need to use it. Amazing.

BTC = biggest shitcoin of them all.
All you can read about BTC is only about price.
Will it go up or down.
Because there isnt something else you can talk about.
Nothing is being build on this shitcoin.

literally everyone only cares about CAP now
why?

because it's a platform for stocks and forex trading with stablecoins that never existed before
and CAP has an important role in the ecosystem

then you quite clearly have no idea how risk works

>tfw all I own is BTC, ETH and LINK
>watching all the shitcoins go 500% and FOMOing
even coins the developers say have no use are mooning. Compound speculation shit like Ample is going gangbusters. Can somebody lie to me and say this house of cars is going to crash, and the traditional coins are going to move, so I can feel better about my lost opportunity?

This but unironically

No. I think bitcoin is in a precarious situation right now. It has so many old guard whales who simply can't get out without crashing the price. It's a race the the exit but no one wants to make the first move. There's no new interest. Normies already know and don't care. Big corporations already know and have absolutely no use for it. The biggest proponents of bitcoin claim its main use case is that of a store of value, which it is clearly failing miserably at. BTC maxis will get excited about how someone moved however many millions of dollars worth of bitcoin while only paying 50 cents in fees. This is useless for 99.9999% of the population. It's a gimmick. There is no use case whatsoever besides speculation.

Then on the other hand you have a massive wave of corporate backed projects creating new and interesting ways to use blockchain technology. Defi, lending, insurance, gambling, gaming, anything you want and it's all taking off as we speak. What do you think is the more worthwhile investment?
