>vibrant psychedelic colors are an extremely unique feature well-suited to the even more bizarre nature of part 4 compared to parts 1-3 and the newly softened art style
>overall character writing is vastly improved from parts 1-3, however the legacy characters (Jotaro and especially Joseph) are poorly handled to the point of near irrelevance, and character/relationship development is still barely there
>female characters aren't great in volume as well as quality, besides Yukako, all we have is Reimi and Aya (plot devices), Shinobu (barely relevant), and Tomoko (decent but doesn't do much)
>ending narration emphasized the losses the town and its inhabitants suffered instead of tying everything up neatly which made it feel more realistic
>some parts were a bit too weird for their own good, namely things like the cat plant, but ultimately JoJo is a series where such things need to be taken in stride for proper enjoyment
>overall pacing has improved from part 3, but occasionally things still feel padded out
