It seems unlikely she fought Oden given how young she was, do you think she's self inserting as Oden and pretending to reminisce about Roger/Whitebeard or did she maybe fight Ace?

Then why wait until years into the arc to introduce her? It just feels like more Oden wank where even Kaidou's own kid is blown away by how awesome Oden was by just reading about him.

No, with Yamato's character. Oda could have had her help Luffy really early on without us knowing who she was back then. Like he could have had a story of people seeing an Oden like figure running around Wano helping and Orochi thinking it is Oden's ghost coming back to kill him. Then the reveal that the Oden figure is actually Kaidou's kid who founds Oden's journal and then dedicated her life to be like him and carry on his dream would have deeper meaning. So much could have been done to set this up. Like even having her helping Hiyori and Denjiro's plans or anything rather than this random introduction in the middle of their invasion.

What's the abbreviation gonna be for Wano/Onigashima? Water 7 and Enies Lobby are always combined as W7/EL.

Does Yamato make Momo and Hiyori redundant? Their whole arc was to carry on their father's will, but Yamato is now doing that better than them. Hiyori's character feels super pointless now with Momo being the heir and Yamato being the new princess character.

It's possible she didn't know, notice how she said that she inherited Oden's will because the scabbards died. How would she help when she wasn't aware? Considering she moves around in a mask and the Kaido has all his people look for her in the middle of a festival, she seems very isolated. If she doesn't know about the scabbards plans, and if the main forces (goons) of the Kaido don't know about her (she was very secretive and wanted to do the reveal away from everyone) then why would the readers know about her?

She has chain around her arms so she was probably tied up and only managed to escaped recently.
