Previous thread Last time we were introduced to Momijiyama Teru, a middle school girl who's also the Japanese heroine Shy despite being an anxiety-riddled wreck with low self-esteem. During an appearance at a theme park, while trying to rescue the riders of a stuck roller coaster a girl was critically injured causing Teru to abandon heroing for a month. However she found her nerve to rescue people from a burning building and was then invited by the Russian hero Spirits to meet Uni-Lord who leads/coordinates the world's superheroes and was warned that a dark threat was coming and that her help would be needed.
Back in school there was a new transfer student in Teru's class: Koishikawa Iko, the same girl who had gotten injured at the theme park and was left with a crippled leg as a result. The two wound up becoming friends when Teru helped Iko to the nurse's office but a mysterious boy appeared and placed a ring on Iko which allowed her self-hatred to manifest itself though Teru revealed herself as Shy and was able to successfully get through to Iko and remove the ring. A few days later Teru and Iko hung out together at the mall and reaffirmed their respect for one another. However Spirits contacted Teru to tell her that Uni-Lord wanted to talk to both Teru and Iko and also that another hero would be there: the famous British hero Stardust.
