Other way around. It's getting pretty big with the normalfags and will explode once the anime hits, it's only slightly popular here.

Yeah it’s pretty much a mix of Naruto and early Bleach. But that’s a good combo.
Also helps that the characters are fairly likeable, and the manga has some of the longest most intricate fights in Jump.
Doesn’t hurt that the powers in JJK are actually interesting and used for more than “I punch hard” and have down sides besides “I don’t punch hard”

It's just a straight up battle shonen. That's better than some of the pretentiousness of the other shonen titles.

It does everything you want a good battle shonen to do, and a little more. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite Jump manga ever.

I really like the art but it's fairly average otherwise.

This already puts it far above BnH or Black Clover which suffer from Bleach syndrome of never wanting to kill a character despite having them lose limbs or get impaled.

Yes, it’s basic...the big bad will use the main character as a vessel but it’s not bad.

All the stuff with the familial grudges, hatred for one another since before the series began, etc. All good because it plays out well and makes it so that the main story, while important, is not the most important thing to everyone. While Gojo is sealed, not every character is trying to get him freed. Many are using it as an opportunity to get what they’ve wanted.

The teacher with the glasses has had some good lines. Mahito has brought up some interesting considerations
