Didn't mean to get a late start on this but I was out with some friends. Anyway this will kick off the first part of this long Spirits-centric arc.
Previously, the British superhero Stardust did not believe that Shy had the fortitude needed to be a hero and decided to challenge her to a fight: if she wins then Stardust will recognize that she's capable of it but if she loses then she would be forced to give up being a hero. All she would need to do was hit Stardust once to win though as Stardust is able to control any forces directed at him this was much easier said than done.
Spirits and Iko had a hard time watching Shy get stomped around until she managed to unlock her real power: channeling her passion into flame and She was able to land a hit just before losing her transformation. After recovering she met the German hero Doktor Schwarz (Gelm Stein) and the Swiss heroine Lady Black (Pilse Dunant) and Pilse was ery tsundere towards Teru for not having confidence in herself. Back on Earth, Teru promised not to make Iko cry for her again.
A few days later Pilse stopped by to check on Teru and agreed to help heal the back of the old woman who runs the local stationary store. Pilse and Teru accompanied her hike up the mountain where Pilse revealed that both of her legs are prosthetic; eventually her opinion of Teru warmed up just a little.
Teru then was able to begin properly channeling her power with the help of caligraphy and having to do a promotional event for an anime helped with her public image and stage fright issues if only a little.
