None of what you have linked has disputed anything I have stated. The premise of trying to stack the case is what kleros intends to mitigate against at its heart. This entire thread is intended to push jurors in a certain direction - ie. through a literal an unironic paid shill by tyrone.

Read the data when avaliable, and vote in a manner you assess to be true based upon the data, and you literally can't lose.

it is obviously "yes". there are two ways to look at this:
1. Literally. take the question word for word, and in this case having Stat and John's Hopkins University (!) report it definitely is valid for "has this been reported". This is a true fact based on the basics of logic. These are both institutions known to report some sense of truth that a good amount of people trust around the world. This definitely counts as reporting, and it is nowhere near the same when people say "derp herp what if a mom on facebook reports something?????". Your mom isn't a fucking world renown university.
2. Figuratively-close enough-aw come on man, you know what they meant- type of way. If we choose to be imprecise with words in the question, we must also let the actual data and answer be imprecise as well. Then the question becomes "would it be ~around~ 1k/day in the first 2 weeks of July?", and then it is even more obviously a resounding "yes".
You can't eat a cake and sit on a dick at the same time, you have to pick one. Whichever way you cut it, it is "yes". This isn't meant to be a gambling tool where you can bet on the outcome of a literal number like betting on a coin.

When I talk about this, I talk about groups of people attempting to inorganically vote/act in ways rather than assessing the data themselves in the case - for right or wrong. They could get severely burned if the remainder of the participants assess the data the other way, or it gets disputed to a higher jury.

What they hope to gain, irrespective to whether they are right or wrong, is a majority 'yes' vote, as they will make ETH from it. Im not saying 'yes' is the wrong answer, but they are trying to incentivise people to vote in that matter in hope that they get a majority for economic gain.

I might be inclined to agree with you if his language wasn't ableist, and truly and insult which would be unrelated to my mental capacity.
