Anime only you watched

you keep posting this but this is really one of the only real obscure titles out there. most of the rest was never translated; this was just utterly forgotten.

pic related is very obscure, simply cause it never got translated. Only a few months ago someone actually started translating it(up to ep 7), and it aired from 1993 to 2003

I watched Sister Princess back in the day. I wonder how many actually have. It was complete utter garbage that couldn't help but enjoy and love.

The funny thing about this is that raws for it are hard to find to this day and the only legal source I could find right now is Bandai Channel's website, which is region-locked and behind a paywall. From what I recall, it actually only aired on Bandai Channel and was never broadcast on a mainstream channel (much like Coppelion), which could explain its obscurity. If it weren't for it airing on Animax Asia, I would have never heard about it and even fewer people would have heard about it. It's a shame: I've been trying to rewatch it for years since I had some memories about it and wanted to remember more, but it seems difficult now.

Except there is always dedicated people who want to feel superior and watch elite, high taste unpopular media. And those people make good, unpopular titles well known in such circles. So outside of not translated shows like the obscure shows are 99% are garbage.

There's no plot, it never explains the mystery of the yellow hat girl, but holy fuck the girls were cute as hell. I'm sure it popularized moe. And the bullet he'll game was fantastic.

I also still love my waifu chikage.

I remember Animax Asia hyping it up since they were airing it the same time as Japan. I tried watching it but couldn't last more than a few episodes. Animax Asia has aired a ton of obscure stuff over the years.

Rail Wars gained some attention when was new. It's more well-known than a lot of shows mentioned here.

Having a small circle of people who like it doesn't mean it isn't obscure.

Watched this right back in March, pretty okay and had some cute girls. The most memorable thing has to be adding scandal into the movie.
This show looks awesome, too bad it isn't on nyaa.

Most of the anime in this thread aren't that obscure when they were new. It is always kind of sad when a series you love gets forgotten.

91 days is pretty fresh for a lot of people I think. It was pretty solid and popular when it aired.

Kyousougiga is unironically my favorite anime from all time, I rewatch it at least once every year.
