Some say that there was a tsukihime anime

Apparently there was a chaos;head anime in the works at one point, I guess that counts as a lost episoed

I heard that Umineko had an adaptation once.

The 2007 Phantom Blood OVA.

I recall this HanaIroha episoed where the main cast was horrifically murdered. As the girl from the competing hotel was getting a foot rub. I haven't been able to find it back.

Gainax animated a full blown hentai episode of Evangelion in the nineties Anno is still mad.

there's seven episodes out but only two are translated

which is shame because the anime is very good even it's just the iteration of "cute magical girls but actually shit's going down and people are dying" genre

There was supposed to be a sequel to Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis, but mysteriously it was never released.

Kyousougiga episode 11

There was an anime from 1983 to 1984 Called Eagle Sam that was to promote the Los Angeles Olympics staring the mascot of that event. Don't know why it's lost but the opening and ending was done by a band called Eagles (Don't know if it was the rock band of the same name)
