I thought you guys said this show was reddit? It's actually really good. I don't know why I listen to you guys.
Hataraku Maou-sama!
I don't think I've ever seen anyone call it reddit. Because it's not popular there...
I don't even know what a show being reddit means? Why do I give a fuck about some other website's opinion?
It means your show is cringe... It's bluepilled, you know? It's gay
I have fond memories of the series. Animation and art were surprisingly decent, especially during the payoff fights and the bgm track that played when Maou got serious was cool. Did the LNs ever get translated?
I haven't seen anyone who would call it a reddit show. Also outside of one or two anons who just hate Emi it was well received here
Who said that
What are they saying that for
This show is more forgettable than dusk maiden and kokoro connect
>I haven't seen anyone who would call it a reddit show.
Emi hate is justified. She was so damn annoying for real.
Because it is reddit
>omg mcronalds lmao so funny XDDDD
fuck off
Bump for good show
>She was so damn annoying for real.
Only Anons with shit taste cannot appreciate tsunderes.
She's not even that bad.
Blame blatant favoritism on the director's part causing her negative traits to be dialed up.
bump again
People loved it when it aired and we waited a long time for a second season. I don't know why they never approved one, 11k sales is above average. For some reason, White Fox stuff always sells high.
>I don't know why they never approved one,
Too much whining about the apple of Maou's and Emi's eyes.
Yup and now a 2nd season is pretty much a pipe dream
You have to be 18+ to post here kid.
I don’t know, but the light novel series is dragging out way too long. I’ve read 14 volumes of it, and while I want to finish for completions sake it’s just getting so boring. Also Emi forgiving Maou is completely retarded, and no I’m not blacktexting that because it’s obvious from second the author decided to write a light novel that the main character and heroine would end up together.
Why wouldn’t Emi forgive him?
He didn’t even end up killing her father anyway
He still killed the rest of her village, though. You’d think she’d care a bit about them, or the other thousands of civilians he killed.
>He still killed the rest of her village
That was shithead Lucifer, not Sadao. Also why should she care about random nobodies
I swear, no one has ever said "omg mcronalds lmao so funny" before you user.
It was unremarkable, not bad but not that good, is a meme just because the burger wage slaves "he's totally me" keep spamming threads about it.
I mean it was war, what did she expect? Either way she wasn’t going up to him with killing intent to avenge the villagers, it was her dad most of all
I liked it because it had quite a fair bit of fan service in it, but not in an obvious way. Coupled with the knock-off versions of McDonalds, KFC, Demon Souls and so on, it was interesting. The fact people saw it as 'haha the people in it, if you ignore their supernatural/isekai nature, at just like a group of friends! haha' and meme'd it, is another thing entirely. Also it had some nice humour in it. Decent character designs and a lot of people felt it ended without a suitable 'if it doesn't get renewed' ending
>was reddit
There is only two more boards more reddit than Zig Forums and that's Zig Forums and Zig Forums. Zig Forums is the equiv of Zig Forums in redditness, so, don't listen to what they think is reddit or not - you don't want to be reddit and listen to reddit opinions, do you?
Final volume is coming out next year btw.
It's too bad cause it was a decent adaption
how are they forgettable if you just mentioned them out of nowhere
When are they getting married?
