She’s selfless and truly a worthy god. You’ve got anime characters scattered throughout the Industry and none of them can even compare. There’s a story I remember hearing of as a kid. It’s of a prince and a servant riding away from an enemy and the servant so loyal to the prince jumps off the wagon to save his prince. Madoka is essentially the same story but of prince jumping of the wagon to save the servant because her love for people is so pure and great that she couldn’t see it any other way and she does it with no hesitation. Do you all realize how wonderful and spectacular that is? A sacrifice for the ages. I’ve never witnessed a more worthy god of all the anime character I’ve ever seen in any anime ever and it’s not because Madoka is perfect and flawless. She has flaws like most other characters but she continues to walk through the darkness where all would have given up hope long before because she sees the light at the end that nobody else can see.
This is what you see in the ending theme when Madoka is running through the darkness.

Madoka is my all time favorite anime and nothing even comes close and I’ve been watching anime since Inuyasha first aired. I’ve seen just about everything relevant and a lot of irrelevant anime and this is my go to series. I’m not just a fan user. I feel as though very few people understand this anime as I do. I watched it as it aired with Zig Forums. I’m obsessed with this series user. I was here for INDIA and when trip fags ruled these threads. I was here when the earthquake struck and the last two episodes were postponed. I was here for everything. I was here for EVERYTHING!!! All my Madoka friends from the past are gone and it’s impossible to have a discussion with anybody about this series without feeling as though I’m teaching instead of learning these days and I know what you’re thinking. You think “well it’s just a 12 episode anime. It can’t be that deep” but little do you know the rabbet hole to this series goes down so far it would make some of the most praised anime in the industry look pathetic in comparison. Just pathetic...
