Ao No Exorcist

What happened to this series? Why are there almost never any threads on Zig Forums?

I heard it's 'good' right now, but I guess for a monthly series that has been going for a decade, it had to be really popular or at least have an anime season here and there to get threads. Also didn't help that the last season was really boring.

its shit

is this still going?

Jump SQ titles get no love around here.

The anime was good

I haven't read this in 2 years. Maybe I'll pick it up and binge it. Thanks, OP for reminding me.

It has some superb brocest doujins.

Last I remember they were doing an arc where eyebrows girl was center stage. And I think one of them turned out to be a traitor or something?

The releases slowed down and the story also slowed down with the Rin time travel flashback arc. In other news, Can we talk about how stupid it is that Yukio is managing to keep up with Rin when he's known to have retard strength? Even without the flames, No amount of close quarters martial arts can beat that much unrealistic brute strength.

It seemed too generic for Zig Forums to ever really care

Zig Forums just never really liked it, even when the second season was airing there were hardly ever any threads about it, but the manga is good. It had some pacing issues for a bit but it's back on track and it's doing some great things.

I wonder why didn't Rin tell him that he time traveled and met their dad.

I prefer Seraph.

He was getting to that point. He was going to show him the past but Yukio told him it doesn't matter to him, which Mephisto predicted accurately.

>one of them turned out to be a traitor or something?
That was the best part

At first, then it turned out he's a double or even triple agent and nothing really changed. Shit's convoluted.

I'm sure people will talk about it if it gets a season 3

They rushed an anime out after only a few volumes and stuffed it with original shit.

It never really recovered.

I want to rape Rin

I love it, at least he's an interesting character now instead of just being fun and harmless

>Why are there almost never any threads on Zig Forums?
Monthly series with slow as shit pacing, what's not to get? Pacing is very important for maintaining interest in any non weekly, every chapter has to have something interesting happen to keep people hooked. Just look at dungeon meshi, every chapter is a gold nugget.

I just remember his brother having a major inferiority complex about his brother.

The series was okay but the filler killed it. The movie was great though, highly recommend it even if you weren't a fan of the series.

Manga is better, albeit slow as fuck

Anime was good for like two episodes until the plot was ripped out of it's shoes and shoved into MAGICAL HIGHSCHOOL

Fucking dropped

It celebrated its ten year anniversary a month or two ago.

Monthly release series don't fare too well here. I think SnK, Berserk, and Jojolion are the only ones that get active discussion. Tsugumomo kind of.

Holy shit it's been going on for a decade?

I mean the manga was magical highschool too

Shame season 2 had a shoestring budget, it kinda sucked

/thread

Did the guy on the right bang the bikini girl?

At least it's still one of JUMP SQ's most important and best-selling mangas

>Exorcist is 2/3 as old as Naruto
That's surreal.

The real problem of S2 was abhorrent pacing, they should've either cut out half of the arc or go jojo way and try to put as much as they can into one episode, I gave up around fourth episode and only went back to see if the fights looked cool.
