Inb4 Digital because free.
Let's have this discussion. Again. What do you prefer and Why?
Inb4 Digital because free.
Digital because I don't have space at home and... it is free.
But literally, digital because free.
You think people would have choose digital over physical if they cost the same?
>don't say the main reason why someone does something to argue why someone does something
My go to is digital but thats because I am a poorfag, but would go physical if I could.
Also, a thought I always had, do anime blueray have the most collectable value, on average, of any Blurays?
Digital, I hope more companies go the manga plus route
I live in a third world shit hole so I can't get physical without having to pay shipping and having to wait weeks for it to actually get here, so I have to do digital only
>That's too easy tho. 95% of people would say that. I'm talking about the advantages of one over the other. aLSo iLLeGaL.
>paying for anything you can get for free
>ever
physical-mediafags deserve mockery and nothing good in life for being gullible idiots
Fuck I'm dumb, i greentexted that.
Digital because free aside, I mostly buy digital, importing books sucks because of the shipping prices. But I still double dip if it's something I really like.
I prefer Physical but i have to rely on Digital because
1) i read my mango in Japanese and the legal services are a lot convinient.
2) I live in third world and don't have space.
The way prices are, only worth buying if it's something you truly enjoy and the quality of the print is good.
Pic related is the only physical manga I've bought so far; they are excellently printed.
Both. For shorter series and series where volumes only come out once a year or less less, I go with physical, but for much longer series that easily go over 10 volumes I rather go with digital due to space restrictions
I don't see how anyone wouldn't consider a free version as an advantage. Sounds like you just want to find excuses for your recent expensive purchases of anime blurays.
What country ?
>spending money on something that they enjoy
Yeah they're such idiots
Digital because of backlighting. Before I got a tablet I used to read a lot of books at night but even that could be a bit annoying to read in bed, but a tablet is pretty much the only reason I properly got into manga.
In terms of ever actually buying manga though I'll only get physical as it actually retains some value. In some cases it looks like I could sell it for more than it cost me, although I've got no idea how long I'd have to wait for someone to actually want them.
Kenya
wow that must suck being completely inexistant for publishers...
Are there a lot of people there into manga/anime ?
Found the fool throwing away money
Physical, just because I like flipping pages and having something tangible. But I am running out of space so fuck me.
>black people
>manga
I wish this was like /sp/ and we all had flags
Buying physical copies of manga I either really like or can't get high quality scans of
My point is that it is not throwing money away if it gives you pleasure. This is as legitimate as spending it for any other form of entertainment.
i own the first box set of the pokemon adventures manga and the tokyo ghoul manga box set i paid 66 euros for. That averages 4.7 euros a volume, it takes me like 40 minute to read a volume so its around 9-10 hours of entertainment. I mainly bought this to look nice on my shelve tho. I would never buy individual manga unless they are light novels. I have the monogatari box set season 1 and 2 and i paid over a 100 for it. I just enjoy spending money on books, own a bunch of paperbacks.
Prepared to buy manga box set if volumes average out below 5 euros. On amazon co uk thats usually the case but the selection aint that big. Wish more stuff would be out there.
>Are there a lot of people there into manga/anime ?
Yeah, it's usually normalfag tier stuff like shounenshit, but there's a decent amount of people into it
>wanting to give people more of a reason to shitpost than there already is
i only buy physical manga if i really enjoy the story. other than that it's all digital.
But flag shitposting is good natured banter for the most part.
I like having a physical copy, but only for the series I like. Everything else is digital because free
Physical 110% because they are tangible and has resell value. I wish more manga was published in English. I don't blame the publishers since Freedomland love pirating and I can't speak French or Japanese.
Digital because I support fan translation scene kek
I can provide you machine Translations, will you support me too? I only use paypal However.
