I watch them if they actually match the atmosphere, which is hardly ever the case. OPs/EDs are meat to be skipped. They aren't even chosen by the sound director. It's the production committee that shoehorns them into the series to sell singles.

I watch them at least once. If it's good I may choose to sit through it again in other episodes if I'm not trying to save time. Skipping it entirely is dumb though, you may as well skip whole episodes since you're clearly not concerned with the content.
