From the little information I've found online about this manga, it seems that the last two volumes (4 & 5) never got a proper translation but some reason, online stores and library systems seem to have a translated copy of Vol 4 listed. My hope is that I will drive by a library that has and and see for myself, cause Translucent was fucking wholesome.
